It is so hot here today that everytime I do anything I start to sweat like a pig!!

Currently it is only 30 degrees but the humidity level is 65% - I like the heat but not this sticky weather.

I have been trying to clean my house in it and it is awful

So far I have cranked up the music and finished my bedroom, the kitchen, hung out a clothesline full of clothes and tidied the loungeroom and I have just about no energy.

Just having a rest now before I motivate myself to move again :P
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

Aw u poor buggers. :(
In SA we've been lucky to cop 3 days of rain! its been sorta muggy like Darwin, but in a nice way so weve been able to cruise around in shorts still without massive humidity.

Its made the bloody lawns go apeshit, mowing them shall be good exercise

Tell me about it... where'd all the grass come from

Been pretty steamy here in Melbourne. I came out of the gym absolutely drenched the last few days - just couldn't stop sweating.

I reckon the humidity zaps all your energy too. It's a bit hard to move when it's like that :(

Hot and steamy here again today - I have cancelled walking this week and am swimming instead :D

It was soooo refreshing to get into the pool after work today and I feel really good from the exercise but am starving now - might have to cook a nice quick simple meal - and I have 500 cals left to do it in too :D

I would much rather the cold - it is easier to get warm than to cool down in this heat :(

I say bring on the rain I love it!

I complain all through summer - so a break in the middle like this is wonderful. It's supposed to heat up again by the end of the week - so it'll be nice and sticky when the klids go back to school next week. Plastic chairs and sweaty bums - one of the few things I don't miss about school LOL
