hi everybody, just wanted to say a tnaku for the support, i really appriciated it :D

im starting to get back on track now, the past couple of weeks have been tough, but i'm starting to work through it.....

went and joined a wonderful group of mature ladies for aqua-aerobics which worked wonders.

i will keep moving along working towards my goals........one day i will be ok with myself :D

Wow, congratulations on taking the aqua-aerobics class. I watched one of those once and they do quite a workout.
The mostly senior group I watched were so good, I don't think with all my aches and pains I could have kept up with them. Well done!

Hi Deb,

Congrats on doing the Aqua classes, I loved doing them till they closed the indoor heated pool :cry: (it's now a giant super slide for kids.)
