I am happy to report I ate out for lunch today and I chose Subway and had a 6" lowfat turkey breast on whole wheat with tons of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers and black olives for a lil of the good fat. (No cheese and No dressing) for a mere 280 calories, washed it down with a diet lemonade for 45 calories. It was good and filling, I was stuffed after I polished it off. Woo hoo, it was delish and healthy too, DANG, I done good huh? Tomorrow is 3 weeks in on my road to slimville, I will report my loss then, hoping it is a Good weigh in, keep your fingers and toes crossed for me, K?
