Fluid does suck... badly! Even though you know the reason, you can't help but get depressed by the numbers on the scale :(

As well as actual celery, celery seed can be good - it's in capsule form in the health food shops. Or, any of the other herbal diuretics that are on the shelf could do the trick... or at least help a little bit.

Be thankful for your periods girls! I haven't seen mine in over 5 months, and as much as I hate them, I'd really like to have them back. It just lets you know that your body is working the way it's meant to :wink:

when you don'r get your period it can be your body telling you that you do too much exercise or that your weight is too low for your body, or it could be something more serious like PCOS. You should go and see your doctor just to make sure that everything is alright.

Hi Sharmie. I think it's most likely a weight/excercise thing. I'm trying (with limited success) to reduce my excercise and relax more... but as for increasing my weight forget it!! I didn't have a period for the whole of 2004, and that was due to extreme stress which caused my estrogen levels to drop badly :shock: . I don't think I'm anywhere near as stressed now as I was back then! I'm not a big fan of doctors, so I'll wait and see what happens, if anything lol. Thanks for your concern though :)

Yippeeee.....I kne[w it would, but when you finally stand on the scales after having gained (even an ounce) because of TTOM, it feels soooooooo good to see the figures drop!!! Lost the 500g gained plus an extra 800g to boot (yay!!!). :wink:

I did have a great loss, but I'm baffled as to why I'm still a bit bloated (just not as bad as I have been in the past week). :oops: Oh well nevermind, at least now I don't feel like I have one of those water cooler dispenser tanks you find in offices strapped to the front of me!!!

HI everyone, I won't be around for a few more days....yep finally got 'em after missing a month and yep heavy (I can literally say the flood water has hit a small part of Rocky!! LOL) I am in a lot of pain and can't concentrate as I have succumbed and taken pain killers....so I am finding it hard to even type this message!

I will see you all in a few days time when I am more sociable and able to sit down without running to the toilet every few minutes!

I will weigh on Saturday still, but won't be posting until I am feeling better.
