Normally when I exercise I TRY and not eat much more than my daily allowance...

I mean with lite n easy if you exercise you aint allowed to eat anymore, so I thought I'll just keep to that frame of mind and lose more weight.

And it is fine for me to do so until its dreaded TTOM...

Does anyone else feel guilty when they eat back the amount of calories they burned during this time?

I hope that makes sense... heres an example..

I can only eat 1270 calories a day

When I exercise lets say it takes off 500 calories for that day

Normally I would try not to eat that 500 back and I dont think thats unhealthy (unless I am exercising excessively) because programs like lite n easy do it

But during TTOM I would eat that 500

Does that matter?

The way I understand it Zoe, is that when you exercise that allows you to have the extra calories if you want/need them, so as long as you are within your calorie limit for the day, I don't think that it would do you any harm......

I'm with Ally I don't think it will make too much of a difference.

It sounds like you are working it well but listen to your body it is the best indicator.
