I used to:

Mix flour, butter and sugar together and eat it at night

buy 2 slices from the bakery and eat them both at once.

sneak stuff into the back of the cupboard when i got back from the supermarket so DH didn't see it

Get DH and I an ice cream and a bag of m&m's each to eat regulrly

Bake most days

do NO excercise

Can't think of anything else right now, but I'm sure I will.

I'm not doing any of that stuff anymore!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A sweet tooth was my main problem. Ice cream wouldn't last more than a week. My bf would have a serve when I first got it, then later in the week go to get more, and the container was no longer in the freezer! I now buy the mini weight watchers tubs (YUM YUM YUM). Each week I buy a back (two per pack). My other problem was portions. I just love eating. There were hardly ever leftovers!

Medium McOz meal AND a large Choccy sundae with a flake in it

hot chips for morning tea and spring rolls too

Wild Turkeys by the dozen (I have now been off the grog for a bit and feel much better).

Dinners out at the "all you can eat" buffet - where we used to have 2 entrees, a main AND 2 desserts

Inch thick peanut butter on my toast with loads of real butter

*wonders why I wasn't fatter than I got*
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

I actually liked the sugar and butter bit of the raw cake mix on it's own without the flour!

Peanut butter thick with marg on good is that Lolly!

Chips and chocolate whilst playing games on the computer. Iwould have a basket of each and eat them alternately. Holy moly that was a hard habit to break. Each time I went to the computer it triggered me to go to the shops for chips and chocolate.

A family block of chocolate watching the X-files, every Thursday night. I ate the whole thing to myself.

8 pack of ginger kisses, they didn't stand a chance around me.

Potatos are my weakness, my absolute favourite food is potato. if I could eat nothing else but potatos and be thin and healthy I would.

Hot chips for breakky

Huge servings of thin sliced potatos backed with butter and cheese

baked potoaos smothered with gravey

I also used to down three large cokes a day at work one before I started one on my break and one when i finished.
I stopped drinking it about a month ago and I don't even like the taste anymore!

I used to eat an entire paket of six pink lamingtons in one go to!

when home alone I would eat whatever - for example, however much chocolate was left in the fridge, or a packet of biscuits, then go out and buy replacement and eat however much was missing to start with so no-one would know

I'm ashamed to say that every night after work (while I was pregnant) I used to have a slurpee and a huge bag of salt & vinegar chips while watching TV.  How bad is that for the baby, god knows how she managed to be born healthy. I cringe every time I think of that, oh and the huge blocks of chocolate I used to devour frequently.

I used to drink coke coke and more coke

I'd buy a packet of chips and chocolate bar on the way home from work and then maybe have pizza or KFC for tea.

then after tea would have biscuits and dip or cheese.

OMG the though of eating all that now is gob smacking

it really puts it into perspective doesnt it, this is a great thread 8)

now when I get home from work i might have a cup of soup or piece of fruit, cook tea and have water afterwards, wow I have changed
[no excuses, I can do it!
