Well I ended up going to bed even hungrier last night I just couldnt shake the hunger pangs all day, I survived a function at work that had tonnes of yummy food on display because I was tied up having pics taken with some work mates for a nursing magizine and by the time i was finished most of the food was gobbled up(Thank goodness)
I was a big time snacker b4 I began to lose weight and that was the main cause of my excess weight so snacking is a big no no for me because I cant stop at a small amount of food & once I start I cant stop
so I avoid it at all costs & it makes weight control much easier for me
