I just had to share this with everyone cos I'm so happy now.
I'm have never been really overweight, but have alway wanted to lose about 8 kilos (16 pounds) or so and about a month before my sisters wedding in May I went on this strict diet and gave up lots of food and was walking for 2 hours a day to look good in my bridesmaids dress. It worked for about 2 weeks and I lost a bit of weight. But I also started feeling really guilty and paranoid about food and my body. By the time my sisters wedding came around I was actually bigger than I started off being.
Anyway I was surfing the web a few months ago and found this weight loss ebook called ''THE Weight Loss answer'' by someone called Jasmine Raine. Anyway after much hesitation I bought it and I have to say, that book just changed my life. I have lost the whole eight kilos plus I eat anything I want and I don't feel guilty or paranoid about food or my body. Just wanted to tell someone.
