My motivation for getting fit and healthy is to get PREGNANT! We've decided it's time to expand our family and I must admit it's the best motivation I've ever had...I have sooooo much willpower & determination that I even amaze myself
. The big question is how much weight should I lose before trying?? Ultimately I would like to get to my goal weight (68kgs) but I can hear the "tick, tick, tick" of my biological clock as I sit here typing. My thoughts at the moment are to lose another 15kgs (that would make me 85kgs) and then start trying. Who knows, I might even reach my goal weight before conceiving.
