havn't msged for a while, have been quietly battling the plateau monster. I think I am finaly winning!! :lol: Take that plateau monster...

I have been mixing my calorie intake around and I think i have found a good meduim (until he returns)

I was originally on 1000 - this put me n starvation mode though
I then moved to 1450 - this was too many, cos I started to put on a bit of weight
I am now on 1200, and the scales have ever so slightly began their downward decline again! YAY

i'll let you know how it is all going soon..

Plateau's can be so frustrating, and it would be just so easy to give up and say "I'll just sit at this weight forever now". :roll: Glad that you are keeping up with the hard work Monica :D It is all worth it in the long run.
