I certainly agree with you vegetable. I use them all the time, and actually got the first one as soon as it came out, as I was living on the Sunshine Coast at the time. I love how family friendly they are :D

I did lite n easy for 5 months then after learning better habits from that and additional study myself I went onto my own plan of counting cals and plenty of exercise. Now I only use calorieking if I feel the need but I still exercise for around 45 mins most days plus do weights. Eat plenty of veges and legumes, low fat dairy, wholemeal bread, rice, pasta, fresh and dried fruit, nuts and seeds, limit sugar and fats. Plenty of water.

I have adopted a new healthier lifestyle. I eat much less (I swear my stomach is 1/2 the size it used to be) and exercise much more.

I don't really follow any particular eating plan - just sensible healthy eating. My current weaknesses are cashews, avocados & cheese - I'm still adapting to eating these in moderation. I also cook meals from the Symply Too Good To Be True cookbooks - they're easy, delicious and my family loves them.

I try to walk every day for a min of 30mins. Every now & then I have a day off so it doesn't become too monotonous.

Basically it's a lifetime lifestyle change that has given me a new zest for life.

Hi

I have cut down on carbs and feel so much better....I do love bread, rice, potato and pasta but if I have pasta and garlic bread I bloat and feel terrible...

I have found empower foods who do wraps and have certain foods you can substitute I use them to make lasagne, a tuna mornay thingy and slowly but surely I am losing weight...

Exercise, I walk most days but have to admit havent this week due to feeling extremely tired (my husband snores!!!)
