I did lite n easy for 5 months then after learning better habits from that and additional study myself I went onto my own plan of counting cals and plenty of exercise. Now I only use calorieking if I feel the need but I still exercise for around 45 mins most days plus do weights. Eat plenty of veges and legumes, low fat dairy, wholemeal bread, rice, pasta, fresh and dried fruit, nuts and seeds, limit sugar and fats. Plenty of water.
