I went to see Eric Clapton in Feb and they actually had female T-shirts on sale. Usually the band T-shirts are blokey and heavy material. It looks super cool and I loves wearing it.

i would just like to fit back into my size 12 clothes that are in storage! i remember when i was about 65 kilos i bought these jeans that had small pockets on the bum. i remember saying to my mum "i love these jeans, they make my bum look a little big, but i dont care!" would like to get back into these jeans and not care about my butt sticking out so much!!!

ok, footy season kicks off this weekend. Next week will be the first game I go to, so during the week I'll be purchasing that guernsey (already tried one on a couple of weeks back) and I'll post up the pics :D

OMG this is what inspired me to take on the battle of the bulge

I have some really nice tartan print skirts in size 8 and 10 I'd love to wear again. I still can't believe I was a size 8, I remember they were out of the skirts except for what the mannequin was wearing so I took it off that and it fit LOL

Also my favourite lee jeans in size 11 that used to be baggy on I have so many nice jeans I'll wear again soon  :D

Can fit into T shirts Now

Postby Nathan » Mon Apr 02, 2007 6:54 am

Hey Electrongirl.

About 5 years ago while working overseas with a lot of other international nurses some friends gave me some T shirts from their home countries. Needless to say none of them fit me. Also about two years ago some students from one of the schools I do some work with also gave me one of their school T shirts ... nope it did not fit either, me fit into a school boy's T shirt.

I often contemplated giving them away, but as they were gifts I kept them thinking, one day... well that day has arrived, I have been wearing these T shirts now for the past few weeks, partly because I can  and partly because not much else fits me now.

I also have a pair of really good boxers my nephew gave me for Christmas several years ago too, bless his heart he had no idea of my real size, well he might have been prophetic because they too are part of the few items that I can wear.

Feels good doesn't it.

PS I cannot wait to now be able to walk into a shop, like Colorado, and by a shirt and not have to go to Target to the big mans section and get some crapy style and colour shirt because that's all that will fit me, I'm looking forward to choice when it comes to shopping for clothes.

I've got a size 16 dress in my drawer BEGGING to be worn. I wear other 16s, but this one is just a bit tight (in fact, it's a bit obscene...) at the moment...

So my mini goal is to wear that dress! I reckon another 10kg should do it. Of course, I'll post a pic when I get there!

A longer term goal is a pair of "Little Miss Naughty" boxer shorts that I was given in high school, they are a L (I think around a 12-14) and have never come close to fitting me.. I'd love to get those on one day!
