Good suggestion Kim. I find that if I have some stitching (cross stitch is easy) or some knitting in my hands I cant eat at the same time. You also get something nice that you have made yourself, as well as saving your waistline. :lol:

Thanks for all the great replies everyone :lol: I feel like I have some really great strategies to get me through now :P As far as TF, I dont think I will have the money at the moment, so I will keep at it with ww's core plan, and try and make my home a "no fail environment" (thanks Dr Phil! :P ) Thanks again xxxxxxxxx
