AVG is good and you can get a free version. Just make sure you really don't have one already - having 2 can cause big probs. For my mind, don't go for Norton, but then, that's my opinion.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I have AVG. You can download a free version that updates itself automatically everyday.

I have used AVG and Norton and have had nothing but trouble with them. I now use Trend Micro PC-Cillin, you can down load it for about $50 a year and thoughly recommend it. :D

Just asked hubby (computer 'expert' and nerd) and he said to go with AVG as well. He said that it was "very highly regarded in the technical community". I really have NO idea, so I usually trust him on these types of things.

We use this on all of our computers and he is VERY fussy as far as these things go, so it must be doing a pretty good job.
