My damn scales broke last night (not form my weight thankfully!) so an cruisng eBay for a new set (which funny enough is where I got the first ones!) seems like it is more popular to get scales now then when I first got them... so many to choose from!!

go for just scales, stay away form the body fat ones. They aren't accurate and just add a cost to them!

my scales are dodgey! i bought them a few months ago and you can get on and off them 5 times and it will tell you 3 different weights. I just end up taking the average!

It is hard to measure body fat because of hydration... I always weigh first thing in the morning, in me birthday suit after having a wee and not taking in any fluids. But because I don't have much in the way of fluids in my system, if I were to measure body fat it would be out by a long shot.
I know Kim does 2 weigh ins - one in the morning for weight and one in the evening for body fat %! I think that's the best way to go about it!

Lolly bought a new pair of scales on e-bay, and they did the weigh 3 times at 3 different weights, so I am going back to my old scales from my next weigh in (Saturday). They only weigh in 500g increments, but they are consistent.
