Anyone tried this? a guy at work swears by it, and ive just bought some and it does seem to give me energy and make me feel fuller on less food. I'd be interested to hear anyone elses experiences!

Never tried it myself, let us know how it goes!
The thing with all those pills and stuff is that it always says "To be taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise", so a lot of the time the feeling full is just psychological!!

I was considering this VERY supplement a while ago but didn't have the funds...

Let me know how you go - I'll be pretty interested to see! If it works I might have to juggle some finances and get hold of some!

I used it and I did lose weight fast, and felt full and had energy, but I found that a) I got headaches from all the caffiiene and had trouble sleeping at night, and my blood pressure went up and
b) Unfortunately they stopped working I think my body got used to them and after about 8 weeks, I no longer felt full or felt the energy and my weight loss slowed riiiiiiight down. They were great in the beginning though (I think in the first 3 weeks I lost about 11kgs) but they were pretty expensive!

I tried them once and they did nothing for me... and I'm sensitive to any medication/drugs ... I'll have a Codral and watch me try and stick a CD into a phone

 Wow Milkyway I bet you had some pretty funky phone tunes then huh!! LOL :P

mmmm I don't know...I think it is a bit dubious if you are not hungry at all.....I mean if you are not hungry then you won't eat and sure you will lose weight, but what harm is it going to do to your body.....just concerned so don't jump on me!

Not at all -- seriously, I am chuckling. The phone incident at work is just one that I thought of off the top of my head... there's plenty more.
