Funny thing is, I would have NEVER been a meal replacement kinda girl either, I have always been totally against this type of thing. My issue is that I have got to the half way point with my weightloss, and my body just stopped. For the last 8 months, I have been between 98 and 102 kgs. No matter what I did (more exercise, more water, different exercise, different foods etc) my weight wouldnt go below 98 kgs. I started to get really down about all the effort I was putting in for not much results, which then led me to binging. (and I am, or should say was
a MASSIVE binger) I feel good about this program because if I can lose the rest of the weight without such an emphasis on food (doing ww I was constantly thinking about food, counting points, weighing, measuring, planning, etc), and get to my goal weight, I am far less likely to binge because hopefully I will feel better about myself and the weightloss I have achieved. Did that make sense? LOL
Anyway, today is day 2, yesterday I had to go to bed at 8pm cos I have a massive headache and felt really weak from about 12 pm onwards. I have woken up today, and feel good! Really energised! I will go for a big walk today.... I just cant wait to weigh in on Wednesday!
