Here I go again - just when you thought it was safe too

Seafood? Are they fattening, Just cooked plainly with no fat.

Prawns?
Crayfish?
Crab?

Please, Oh please tell me they are NOT fattening.....

I don't think they are Tas, but I only have Crabs and I love them.

We just boil them in Sea water so I can't see how they could be fattening. :D

Hi Tas

Seafood is extremely LOW in fat.....keep eating it and dont put creamy sauces on the lobster etc.

Steamed, grilled etc is great

prawns lose half their weight when peeled, so 1kg is really 500 grams and very little fat at all

Ohhhh Killerbabe you have just made my day cos I just ate seafood for dinner LOL. Plus some pink ling grilled fish. I have never bee a fish eater before and some fish smells like fish, if you know what I mean :-)

Pink Ling does not have THAT taste so I quite enjoy it LOL

I'm off to meet with my personal trainer on Friday at 3.30pm so hopefully he will think I am doing ok - just some of the movements I have to do is pretty hard - but I have kept to the schedule with it.

Thanks again Killerbabe..

Cheers

I agree with killerbabe it is the sauce you put on seafood that adds the calories
Glad you enjoyed your feed
