I went out on Friday night for a work get together and they had an Open Bar. I got quite sloshed *hic*.
But as I don't drink very often etc etc, I put it down to one of those treat things/once in a while things. Back on the wagon the next day!

Good on you for jumping back on the wagon straight away. I know that if I have had a slip up - planned or not - I have a bit of trouble heading in the right direction again.

That's good you can go back to discipline. There's nothing wrong with having a treat here and there. I went out last night for my birthday and had some alcohol and junk so it's back to the gym tonight!
