hey everyone
felt like posting my weight loss plans. makes it seem more real if its written down.
Ive subscribed for lite & easy. i work shift work, and have NO time to prepare healthy meals, so im gonna get it delivered. plus, this will leave more time to plan exercise into my schedule.
im gonna do the 1200 calorie (per day) plan. and im gonna aim to go to the gym at least 3 times a week.
i have 30kg to lose.
