making plans

Postby pixychic86 » Fri Apr 06, 2007 10:58 pm

hey everyone

felt like posting my weight loss plans. makes it seem more real if its written down.

Ive subscribed for lite & easy. i work shift work, and have NO time to prepare healthy meals, so im gonna get it delivered. plus, this will leave more time to plan exercise into my schedule.

im gonna do the 1200 calorie (per day) plan. and im gonna aim to go to the gym at least 3 times a week.

i have 30kg to lose.

my msn is [email protected] if anyone would like to chat and support.

Jess!

Good on you for writing it down Pixichick. Sometimes it is easier to stick with something if it is written somewhere that you can go and reinforce your goals by reading them, rather than having them in your head. My head is blonde, and everything tends to get scrambled, so I am a big goal list writer.

Good on you Jess. Writing your plan and goals is always a great idea. Lite n easy really works if you stick to it. Let us know how it goes.

I started on lite n easy and lost around 18kgs on it. From that plan I learned enough about how much and what to eat that I lost the remaining 10kgs on my own. :D

Good Luck Jess,

The planning is the key, I'm sure. I find that if I've got everything planned out it's THAT much easier to stick to.

Can't wait to see some pics.

LOL I used to love Thursdays as that was my delivery day and I had this whole ritual of putting it into the days and then working out my order for the following week.
