After having my teeth out and being easter I weighed myself this morning and I weighed at 82kg. I nearly fell off the scales. I suppose thats what I get for eating choclate moose and ice cream then easter eggs for 2 weeks hey :oops: :oops: :oops: I was doing so well to :roll:

WEEK 1 - 86.5 kg
WEEK 2 - 84.9kg

Oh no! Don't worry - you just jump right back on that wagon and lose it again! We all slip up now and then - it's part of being human!

hey mel other things may have contributed to the weight gain as well mate. dont give up hope. you need to get back on the wagon and you will be fine. dont throw in the towel.

well i think my mind is back in the right frame. Excluding th easter eggs i ate today I actually got off my bum and walked

I put on heaps after I had my wisdom teeth out too - maybe it's the anesthetic and pain killers and the fact that you can't eat anything by white bread, jelly and custard?
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
