Yes I have done Kate, but I am refering to a few years back (should have pointed that out, sorry!!) when I was dictated to by what the scales read and I would weigh just about everytime I walked past the bathroom!!

I have the occasional sneak now, but Scott has confiscated my scales now and I can't reach them...the beggar!!

I actually weigh myself daily, never used to, I know weight fluctuates quite a bit, but it gives me an idea how I'm going for the week and if I need to work a bit harder, it actually spurs me on to do more.

Yeah Donk different things work for different people....I was pretty high strung back then, and the slightest fluctuation would send me off!! My mood was determined by what number was on that scale and that is not a good place to be in.....I am glad that your daily weigh in serves more as a positive motivator!! you are really close to your goal now!

Awww Donk a walk? Don't be boring. Do a naked double page spread for playgirl or something. Me and my best mate have already decided that as soon as we get our goal bodies we're going to buy skanky ho outfits and wear then out...just like other girls do and see how much attention we get...hehehe...we need a hobby.

Actually when I started working at Target there were some offers to do a shoot for their catalogue, of course I was too big at the time, but now if it came up I would definitely consider it.

Oh man, I'm glad I'm not the only one who has problems with the scales. I would love to get to the stage where I could just have my weekly weigh ins at weight watchers and be done with it but I do it at least once a day. It's so depressing when I see a gain, like this morning I am 800g heavier than yesterday, for no rhyme or reason. :( It does tend to set the mood for the day and I have to try and not let it get me down. At least by this stage I know that it does fluctuate and it will probably be gone again tomorrow, but the best would be to just get to a stage where I could weigh a lot less frequently. I would say that once or twice a week would probably be ideal.
