Hi, I had such a bad craving late last night, for anything fat and filling. Stressed over it a little while and then went hunting around the kitchen, I found some strawberries in the back of the fridge, so i ate a few strawberries while watching one of those "fat" shows on telly. I was so proud of myself for not giving in, because I know I would have felt so guilty afterwards. So now I know it is so important to have snacks on hand for those "emergency moments", and I have also found watching health programs about people that are overweight puts me off food. So what I have done is any shows on telly like this I have recorded so I can watch them whenever I am feeling vulnerable.
