Breakfast is especially important if you are trying to lose weight, as your metabolism slows down over night and having breakfast kick starts it again. If you dont eat in the morning, your metabolism stays slow and doesnt burn energy from the day before, or stored energy, as fast.
Life is too important to be taken seriously!
