Hula Hoop

Postby Chelle » Sun Apr 29, 2007 11:03 pm

I was reading a magazine & in said that you can burn off 100 calories in 10 minutes flat using a hula hoop. It is the next biggest thing all personal trainers in LA are getting all there star clients hopping mad like Beyonce, gwen stafani & many moore it's great for the abbs. I was on another site aswell which had hula areobics which I have never herd of before but it sound like fun!!!!

If it can burn off 100 calories in 10 minutes it must be good, I must buy one & give it ago!!!!

Interesting concept but I think I'd spend more time with the hula hoop around my ankles than around my waist  !

Wow! That's a lot of calories. I have a kind of hula hoop in my crappy home gym - it's really flexible and is more like a thick giant slinky rather than one of the old plastic hula hoops. I'm going to have to pull it out and have a go :)
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

I tried to buy a hula hoop the other day, but they only had brats one, I can't see myself using a brats hula hoop & I have 2 boys so I can't see them using it aswell.
