Hey guys, I need some motivation! The last two days I've been flunking!! I gave in and had some choccie last night, and tonight I had a huuuge tea!!! Any tips or help??? :shock: :shock:

water water water!! get some water into you beach bubbles. it fills you up and helps flush away the toxins and aids weightloss. forget the past few days and go for a big long walk tomorrow morning :)

Yup - what Kate said and get straight back on that wagon - don't get the mindset that because you've eaten a big tea, you might as well fit some dessert in too :P

after a big meal u will have loads of energy to go for a nice long walk :P youll feel loads better afterwards too
