I have decided today I am going to move on,I think I have got my head around alot of stuff in the last couple of days thanks to some helpful comments on here
I am not going on a diet I am going to eat half of what I normally eat and exercise daily maybe not a lot at first but I am going to build up to a good work out, surely I will lose weight
How does that sound?
For breakfast Andy said shall we have cooked breakfast, and not want to disapoint him I said ok we had bacon scrambled eggs and toast normally we would have four eggs between us I just did three I had one slice of toast without any butter, two slices of bacon and tomato, maybe not the healthiest of breakfasts but its probably about half of what I would normally have.
