Pam you are doing so well, congratulations.
Each meal time, so I don't get any cravings I'm having something from each food group.
grains (B12) - wholemeal or wholegrain bread, or vitabrits, porridge or rice
calcium - skim milk, cheese, yogurt
protein - meat, fish or chicken, baked beans, egg, protein shake or yogurt.
1 fruit - apple, orange etc .........
2 vege - lettuce, tomato etc ....
and of course there's the 8 glasses of water
I just hope I can stick to my plan
