does anyone here read australian womens health & fitness magazine??

i was wondering what parts of it people like the best, and incorprate into their lives??

No I have only read that magazine when I was at the gym every now & then. I don't go to that gym anymore so I could't tell you what bit I liked about the mag. It has been a while since I have picked one up.

Yeah I read it, don't always buy it! I quite like it, the nutrition & fitness articles are good! I don't really like how they emphasise the use of protein bars/shakes to replace meals though!!

Its quite good in terms of articles and exercises shown. However there is quite a lot of advertising (incl. the stuff that Em mentioned such as protein supplements, gym equipment etc) but I guess some people may want to see that stuff too? I subscribe to it as well as "Ultrafit" and "Oxygen" which are both good as well.
