I just saw Mikey Robins on Spicks and Specks (actor/comedian/tv presenter), he has lost 60 something kilos and is looking fantastic. There is no point to this post apart from, WOW! well done Mikey
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Mm he defn looks good, I think I read somewhere he had gastric banding done

i seen him at the logies and i said to mick wow he looks like a totally different person. i think he looks alot older than before as well. not my fave comedian but he must be feeling great about not being so big anymore

he definitely looks a lot different, and I think if he looks older than 'before', it's probably cause he is :wink:

I did a google and I think he did have lap banding done, but I'm pretty sure he tried other things first, besides which, I don't know the circumstances of his decision so I'm not going to get into the rights/wrongs/why/wherefore of it.

hi all new to this forum , found it in google, just perusing all your comments on mikey robbins, yes he has has lap band surgery , as have i as of 6 days ago . not without a few hiccups but well worth the time , money , and research etc, will keep u posted with my weight loss, i do have a blog on my spaces , kris's lapband adventure. lots of criteria to meet b4 any doctor will consider the surgery . after 6 days have lost 5 kilos . lot of rules and regimes but loooking at the big picture, will be worth the effort .
