back to the kj counting hehe

Postby madeline » Thu Jun 14, 2007 12:38 pm

I think I've been enjoying myself too much lately...going out with friends and the boy and eating whatever I want. I'm not gaining but I certainly ain't losing none hehe

I guess it's time to start kj counting again. I had a diet that really worked for me 5000kjs daily intake, I lost about 4kgs which is huge on my body... So it's time to start again!

Wish me luck! :D

hey madz, i totally hear you on the enjoying yourself too much lately lol!

i agree with you & ally - counting those cals or kj works best for me - it's the only way i truly seem to understand the impact of what i'm eating.

best of luck!

I also find the best thing about it sassi is that foods can be quickly translated to fat/cal, so it fits into everything easily :D

KJ counting really works well for some people and when I find myself going over 60kgs I start doing it myself. I always found it a good discipline and also now have a pretty good idea of just how many KJs (although I prefer cals) are in what I am eating so it doesn't feel like a lot of work.
