Hi I started my weight loss at 104kilos and got down to 97 by just being careful then at 97 I started on celebrity slim that was 8 weeks ago I am now 89, so in 8 weeks I lost eight kilos which was great but I have now gone off it because it did work butttt life without carbs is very hard, so now I have gone back to counting my points with WW. Im not going to meetings just using all my weight watchers books. I think celebrity slim was great and gave me a good boost which is what I needed to help me get motivated, Wishing you luck Lea

hey blomby

i dont know a lot about meal replacements but i have heard that they can be just as nutritious for you as actual meals. a lot of shift workers seem to have them because theyre on the go all the time and therefore dont have a lot of time to prepare meals. the programmes like tony ferguson, celebrity slim etc seem to help people lose the weight as long as they follow the programmes by the book.

you could try protein shakes or protein bars too if you need a pick me up type snack.

I use the success program. I started in February when I stalled at 85.5kgs. I am now 73.4kgs and I mostly use it once a day unless I know I will not get a chance to eat.
