hi everybody, i'm just wondering about something. i have never been a person to have overwhelming cravings and my self control is now pretty good. except for the past few days where i can't get enough white bread.
i have been eating heaps of it because i REALLY REALLY want it. now what makes this even more strange is that i dont usually like the taste of it and i always eat wholemeal. also, because my body is not used to having so much salt loaded bloting paper (which is essentially what white bread is) im feeling bloated and constipated........am i lacking something in my diet????
please help, i feel aweful!!!!!
