hi everybody, i'm just wondering about something. i have never been a person to have overwhelming cravings and my self control is now pretty good. except for the past few days where i can't get enough white bread.

i have been eating heaps of it because i REALLY REALLY want it. now what makes this even more strange is that i dont usually like the taste of it and i always eat wholemeal. also, because my body is not used to having so much salt loaded bloting paper (which is essentially what white bread is) im feeling bloated and i lacking something in my diet????

please help, i feel aweful!!!!!

Hi Deb, I find the same thing. If it's in the house and it's soft and white I want it, white bread goes down so easy and is so quick to grab.
I tell myself bread will fill the gap of something naughtier like chocolate, but once started I can eat six slices in a row.
The best way to deal with this is to not have it in the house. (anyfood that is temporarily a weakness food get rid of it)
