:roll: HEY ALL - JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS TRIED SLIM TONE?? I PICKED UP AN ELLA BACH`E BROCHURE THE OTHER DAY AND I WANT TO FIND OUT HOW EFFECTIVE SLIM TONE IS - APPARENTLY ITS EQUIVALENT TO FIVE HOURS WORK OUT (1 HOUR SESH) :arrow: BUT I DONT KNOW - ITS 70 DOLLARS A SESSION FOR AN HOUR SO I DONT WANT TO WATSE MY MONEY IF ITS CRAP.

hmmm sorry never heard of it :) Have you googled it? They have diet/ exercise reviews of sooo many products, so something might come up there xx

I am always cynical of lost weight quick schemes and this doesn't sound any different. SarahC did something that may be like that, soyou could search under her posts or send her a PM for more info.

yeah well its pretty much more for the stimulation of muscles .. i dont know im just looking into it at the moment. but i will let you all know how it goes... :oops:
