dolly's recipe for mountain bread

Dolly do u have the ingredients for your mt bread that u put in da oven . Found it today at supermarket (after 3 weeks of looking ) thought i might try it out

Hi Jules, it was Fay that had the recipe for mountain bread chips.
I think you spray the bread lightly with some cooking oil, then shake on chippy salt or salad herbs or garlic salt or chicken salt, then you pop it in the oven for a few minutes until it's crispy then break it up to eat as your low fat chips.
Fay (Fairie) will have to confirm or correct how it's done (for me chippy salt tasted the best)

I do them in the microwave, 1 - 2 minutes is usually enough and they are nice and crisp. :D

I love Herbamare on them, I never thought of trying Chippy Salt.

I'm going to make up a bowl of these to have as munchies on Xmas Day. :D

YUMMMMMYYYYYYYY . i just made some with olive oil and crushed garlic .yummmmm. lol .I made them for my tv snack tonight ..I see that they have a site as well with recipes .Will have to try some out
