I think i have put on weight :(

i havent weighed myself... but i just look fatter... god damn it!

so i am calling all you wonderful weightloss women (and men) to motivate me!

i need to do some excercise! even just sit ups and what not... at the moment im not doing any!

help me lose my flubber lol

oi jo get movin girlfriend! i know what you mean some days i wake up and just feel heaps bigger and what it boils down to is bloating. get moving and you should be fine :) drink lots of water

Hey grug it was probly all that partying go on. Don't worry you splurge for a good occassion now you just gotta get that butt moving again & drink lots of water. Happy birthday for the other day, Don't worry about those scales hop on them on a later date.
