Don't talk about it kate, I know you can buy bulk chocolate & lollies on ebay yummy. It' dosent help either when 5 min drive there is a bulk lollies & chocolate place just around the corner from where I live. I had the biggest chocolate craving today & it dosent help when they are on special so I end up comming home instead because there was too much temptation at the shops today so I bought subway instead.

I have to not buy the fling chocolates because I can't help but eat them. I have no self control. The only way to stop myself is to just not buy!!

I've got a chocolate shop right across the road from work, so if I ever get a craving, it's right there! Luckily at the moment they are doing landscaping works on the median strip in the middle of the road, so I can't cross over without being covered in mud

Ok Kate you keep drooling like that and inciting other people to crave chocolate and you will be sent to the Punishment room.....(hey if it is good enough to have one on BB, then we can one here too, it will add to the Cranky Corner!!). Ok girls what kinda punishment for Kate if she keeps on about chocolate!! :P :P :P

Hi All,

I know this is more of a "fun" thread, but I just wanted to pipe in with something that really helped me understand my own cravings and periodic lack of control when it comes to food, and that is the condition of sugar addiction. The biochemical basis for it, believe it or not, is very similar to alcoholism. If you have not read the work of Kathleen Desmaisons, PhD. you really should. Her book Potatoes Not Prozac is an excellent place to start to understand sugar addiction, how it works in the body and how to deal with it.

Cheers,
Adam
