Can I ask how many calories your eating now? Sometimes our body's metabolism gets used to the caloric intake and exercise performed and maintains at that level. I had to increase my caloric intake from 1200 to 1600, to get my weight loss back on track. Otherwise your body works at the level its used to. I had to also chuck out my whole exercise routine and get a whole new one. My body was so used to doing what I always did. Even increasing my intensity didn't work. So now I do something different every single day. I have a combination of 3 different classes as well as days for weights and days for cardio. I do body pump 2x a week, circuit breaker 2x a week, body balance 1x a week and I do weights and cardio 2x or more a week. This is so my body will not get accustomed to one type of exercise.
