It was actually my gp who recommended Tony Ferguson, I am so glad she did or else I would have been heavier now.

I find that a structured program works better for me, like I said earlier it is a lifestyle change, I did WW and I did lose weight but I gained it all back and extra, it's because I went back to my old eating habits rather than sticking to a new lifestyle.

Tony Fergsuon has helped me to get back on track and I hope to keep it off forever, I am tired of being on this yo-yo of weightloss and weight gain.
