how many of you notice a slowing of loss, or a gain with that time of the month? It came up at a ww meeting last night - some people gain over a kg that week (in fluid). I notice a slowed loss (or no loss), but then usually lose a lot the following week.

What are your experiences?

I can gain anything between 2 and 5 kgs when TTOTM hits..... :( I unfortunately had a leader at WW berate me in front of the whole class and say that I must be sneak eating as NO ONE gains THAT much weight when they are due my doctor was not impressed with her attitude at all.....hopefully you have someone who is more understanding...

thats leader can eat poo ally! seriously what a loser.

you weight can vary during ttotm or the lead up to it due to the fluid in your body thats retained. as long as you keep doing the right things the weight will even out :) it sometimes happens to me

Well Ally - I do. So apparently you and I are no one together! I'd be reporting her to WW head office - that is disgusting!

You pay that woman to support you through your weight loss journey, not to take a power trip over you!

Sorry about the rant... that just really makes my blood boil.

Ally - it's really great to be back! I really underestimated how much you guys help in this fight.

Note to everyone out there: Don't avoid this forum becuase you're feeling crappy about what you've been eating/ how little excersize you've been doing. Stick around, the folks around here are so full of great advice and before you know it you'll be back on track.

*sigh* I've only had one period in the last 11 months.... but back in the days, I did gain a kilo or two in the week leading up to it. It went away within a day or two afterwards though.
