Whats your weight loss plan ?

I am just interested to know what is your weight loss plan (like do you go to ww or have you made up your own diet) and how much do you want to lose.

:arrow: I am trying it at home seriously again before I might go back to ww.
:arrow: I want to start eating healthy again and I am allowing myself 3 small treats a week and 1 take away night.
:arrow: I am going to try not to eat take away at work and if I do only have it once a week.
:arrow: I am also going to drink 2 liters of water a day

Excerise: (not to sure if this is enough)
:arrow: walk the dog at least 4 times a week (I know it should be every day)
:arrow: do sit up and other excerises like that at least every second day if not everyday
:arrow: do a areobic dvd and ride the bike at least once a week when I dont ride the bike

Weight goals:
To get down to 70 so thats 15kg to lose.
:arrow: get down to 79 again for a wedding. I will buy clothes for the wedding as a treat
:arrow: then to 75 and I will reward myself with going out to dinner
:arrow: 70 I will have a heart attack I am finally there :wink:

So what about you ?

hehe i love your third goal mel ;)

:arrow: calorie counting via calorieking. no more than 1500 cals a day no less than 1200
:arrow: may have a treat if it fits into my daily cals but must be small and reasonably fat free
:arrow: no seconds at meal times
:arrow: recording my food diary on the forum

:arrow: at least 1 hour a day of cardio
:arrow: no break days. working out 7 days a week.

weightloss goals:
:arrow: to get down to 70kg again
:arrow: build self esteem and confidence in myself and abilities
:arrow: fit into my new clothes comfortably that i brought before i put the weight on again
:arrow: each week if i have a loss i will buy myself something small i.e oil for my oil burner, new lipgloss, etc

:shock: Following ww points plan - eating no less then 18 points a day, averaging at 21 daily over the week
:) Reducing red wine intake - no more then 4 glasses a week
8) Plan each days meals the night before

:D AIming for the "28" points of excercise over the week, mainly with incidental excercise, or bike riding. Use the treadmill on days the other excercise does not happen

I :roll: deally to get back to the 64kg I achieved last time I did ww, and keep it there! Like Kate, I want to wear those clothes again!
rewards at 75kg, 72.5 kg, 70kg (then no more paying for ww!) etc....

Back again, been a bit crook on and off for the past few weeks.....will be weighing in next monday. (hope not too much damage).

:arrow: not going to snack in between getting home and having dinner ready.
:arrow: going to start gonig to the gym again.

thought i would start little and work my way up.

:arrow: Basically cutting out most "white" carbs
:arrow: Drinking more water, eating more fruit & vegies
:arrow: Plan and make each days lunches the night before

:arrow: I go to Curves 3 times a week - but am trying to jump it up to 5 days a week - giving me the weekend off.

:arrow: I want to be thinner so that when I go to Queensland later this year - I can go and enjoy all the rides, water parks etc without feeling self conscious!
2008 - my year to be great!!

:arrow: NO BINGEING 9so far Im up to day 4, so VERY proud of myself! :D)
:arrow: eat as healthy as I can, make healthier alternatives to full fat faves (mmm fruit cake! hehe this is where Im hoping the STGTBT books will come in handy!)
:arrow: Drink my 2 litres of water
:arrow: at least 30 mins exercise (preferrably more) most days
:arrow: First, to stop the binges
:arrow: Get under 110 kgs, then 100kgs etc until I get to my goal, 78 kgs
:arrow: Be able to play and run with my little boy without being puffed
:arrow: To have control over food, not for food to control me
:arrow: To fit into all the nice 'small' clothes I already own :roll:
:arrow: To hold my head high and feel confident and beautiful, not fat, ugly and frumpy

This thread is a great idea. Here are my goals:

:idea: Drink 2 litres of water per day
:idea: Stick to optifast for the next 10 weeks aas much as possible
:idea: Jot down food intake via calorie king
:idea: If I do need to splurge on food don't go over 1200 calories and eat preferably low carb options.

:idea: Go for a walk at least 3 times a week for 30 mins or more
:idea: Aim to get moving more during the day

Weight Loss Goals:
:idea: fit into old 'BIG' clothes again (pre-pregnancy)
:idea: get down to 65 after that
:idea: Buy a whole new wardrobe

This thread is a great idea cause I didn't even know what my goals were when I started to I do!

:idea: Record all food and drinks into Calorie King, keeping around my 1300 calories recommended a day
:idea: Staying away from the Vending Machine in the Common Room
:idea: Fighting desert temptations at dinner even though my friends may be eating desert
:idea: Drink more water (at least 1 litre), not coffee, tea or hot chocolate
:idea: To REDUCE my alcohol intake - this is going to be really hard for me to do cause I live on Campus at uni and it is sort of expected that we drink :?

:idea: Exercise at least 30 minutes everday day - even if it is too cold, or too hot or I have a big day at Uni
:idea: To train hard with cardio for City to Bay in September

:idea: To be able to run the City to Bay (12km) in less than 1hour 20 minutes. I did this run last year and did it in 1hour 37 minutes and I was incredibly sore MANY days later
:idea: To achieve an ultimate goal weight of 59Kg; however, when I reach 62.2Kg I'm going to buy myself some new accessories!!!
:idea: To lead a healthy life
:idea: To motivate my friends and family to lead healthy lives
:idea: To improve my self confidence
:idea: Everytime I achieve my calorie intake and exercise goals, then I reward myself with a Gold Star on my wall calendar so I can feel a sense of achievement for that day to keep me motivated!

This thread pretty neat. Here mine:

:arrow: Cut down fast food
:arrow: Drink more water
:arrow: Eat more fruit and vegetables
:arrow: Eat less carbs

:arrow: Start walking the dogs for 15 minutes and then slowly work up to walking at least 45 minutes per day.
:arrow: Do exercise DVD when it to wet to go walking

:arrow: To fit back into size 18 by Summer or by our second anniversary
:arrow: To have my cholestrol level down to normal
:arrow: To have a blood test and told my blood sugar levels are fine and don't have diabetes

Here's mine:

:arrow: To stick to my Calorie King calorie allowance
:arrow: To have no binges at all
:arrow: To drink 8 glasses of water daily (plus the extra water during exercise)
:arrow: To limit junk food and chocolate
:arrow: To train on my bike everyday for the next 3 weeks (have lots of racing coming up, YAY!)
:arrow: To walk the dog everyday
:arrow: To go to the gym at least twice a week (I do my running and weights there)
:!: To become a healthy, confident person!!!

PS - Gracie, well done on getting to day 4! It is so hard to stop bingeing. You are a legend.

I am gonna exercise my butt off!! Literally!!

Ok I have sat around long enough now letting things get on top of me. First not being able to excersise because of my foot & knee then having my mum pass away has really set me back. I now need to take control again.

:arrow: Start following the Sure Slim plan again
:arrow: Cut back on the Carbs
:arrow: Keep up with the water, which is so hard when it's so cold

:arrow: Walk at least 30 mins a day or do the Walking DVD's

:arrow: Reach double figures by the end of the year. :D
