A friend of mine told me that a good way to get you back on the band is to have a KEY ITEM in your wardrobe that you really want to wear but obviously doesnt look "right" with respect to your current weight...
So anyway, I was having a really bad sugar craving today... What I would do for some chocolate!
So I decided that I was going to get some. Went to my room to change and whilst looking for my clothes, I stumbled across a swimsuit that i spent an absolute fortune on, but currently wouldn't be caught dead wearing it in public.
I tried it on. It was an instant reminder why I'm going through with this in the first place. Summer is coming and I would love to put on that swimsuit again, and if i broke my diet, then theres a smaller chance that thats going to happen.
Needless to say, I had no chocolate.
