I'm not really doing any diet - just making healthier eating choices, counting calories and eating smaller portion sizes :) It feels like something I can stick with forever. After dieting in the past, I've always stacked the weight back on, and then some

But different things work for different people. Some like to kick start their weightloss with a more strict diet/shake program or something like that. Others prefer Lite and Easy, or going to weight watchers. I'm sure you'll work out what's good for you and suits your situation :)

I am much the same I don't like the word diet, I believe this si the way I have to eat for the rest of my life, so this is my new lifestyle eating
I have just cut out all the bad things that I used to eat and so far I feel better for it and also increased my exercise

 hehehe grug :D

Im doing (well trying!) to do celebrity slim....(two meals replaced with shakes, one protein and veg meal) as a binger this program seems to be working well for me, cos I dont have a chance to have 'just one' (or two or three or thirty six  lol) I am going to continue with CS Ive decided until I am under 100 kgs, then re evaluate....I had some success with WW a few years back, so I would like to continue on with that at a later stage :)

I'm on the "try and eat sensibly and exercise more" diet like a lot of people have said. Hey, maybe we should write a book and split the profits???
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I'm trying to eat 3 square meals (at approximately 7am, 12pm and 5pm) and nothing more (except drinks: black teas, black coffee, peppermint tea, coffee/tea/milo with a dash of skim milk)

Banned- Juice, non-diet soft drinks, smoothies, bubble tea, cake, icecream, cream, snack junk food, cookies, nutella, pasta... and now chocolate.

I'm considering cutting out bread again, because I can't stop at one slice... it usually turns into 4.

Calorie counting and food diary writing... and attempting to not pick after dinner and during the night. But, the more I think about it the more I do it  High protein and low to moderate carbs as well.
