I'm trying to eat 3 square meals (at approximately 7am, 12pm and 5pm) and nothing more (except drinks: black teas, black coffee, peppermint tea, coffee/tea/milo with a dash of skim milk)
Banned- Juice, non-diet soft drinks, smoothies, bubble tea, cake, icecream, cream, snack junk food, cookies, nutella, pasta... and now chocolate.
I'm considering cutting out bread again, because I can't stop at one slice... it usually turns into 4.
