Oh and in addition to the hot diet... which I just realised I screwed this morning with breakfast (oops, must try to be more careful), I'm going to lose weight the "French" way- with walking, tiny portions of quality food and slow eating.

Another good read

I am on the Tony Ferguson diet. Mainly because I am hopeless at trying to cut back on bad food lol.

I should explain the Hot Diet I guess (it's in the url on my original post on this page)

It pretty much says that ice and cold food/drinks slow down your metabolism, so you should eat hot/warm food if possible. If you must eat cold food, drink a glass of warm water before, to let your body know that food is approaching.

Mainly I'm doing the French Women Don't Get Fat diet, which is explained in quite a few of my posts.

hehe man i am trying like every single diet out there atm :D

I am now on "the fruit diet" (fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds) no dairy, no sugar, no red meat, no pasta

i am also including a tiny bit of fish/chicken at dinner (but the meat must be no larger than the circle you make with your forefinger and thumb), i'm also not ruling out rice, but it must be a very small amount

see "diet talk" forum for more on the diet
