hey i have worked out on calorieking how to get the exercise calories reduced from my calories i have eaten. however i need to know whether i am then supposed to eat the calories to make up the calories that i burnt off?

I wouldn't... I mean if you were still hungry after exercise maybe, but I wouldn't eat it for the sake of it, you already had your kj intake, right?

Definitely don't eat your excercise calories! That's what they are there for to create a deficit so you can lose weight. Apon saying that, it's good to have them available to use if you get extra hungry :wink:

Okay... What's the dealio.. I spent most of last night googling on how to work out how many cals im allowed to have.. and i can't find it anywhere.. Calorie king costs.. and i just can't do that at the moment.. Im confused!!!

hey karinann never had to pay calorieking i just emailed them and they asked for my details and they set up the account. is it not free anymore?

karinann - are you on the aussie version? make sure you're on the .com.au site, not the .com one cos the american version isn't free

You could eat back your exercise calories if you are exercising heavily so as not to go into starvation mode.

HEy Kate...running a bit late as usual...but I agree that unless you are hungry I wouldn't be eating them back.....I think this is where Kim's working out comes into play...as long as you eat your recommended calories per day before you deduct the exercise calories then your body wont crack the dirts and go into starvation mode...you then know too that if you are hungry you have some cals to play around with :wink:

thanks guys i dont seem to be hungry after the cals are all eaten anyway so will just keep them spare should i need them :P
