Hey all,
I'm on a VLCD program consuming around 800 Cals a day. In the beginning I didn't experience some side effects going into "Ketosis" as I have just found out it is called. After about Day 4, I was more or less adjusted, At this point I introduced regular exercise, being walking my dogs on my days off, and doing some light weights workouts at the gym (I was afraid of muscel atrophy). I've now been on the program for 17days, and experience very little or No problems at all.

at 130kgs u only eat 800 calories a day and u excercise?
im a litle bit suprised your body can cope with that, you need food to live

Sorry in my first post I said I DIDN'T experience any side effects with KETOSIS... That is a typo meant to read I DID experience some side effects going into KETOSIS.

Yeah, I get my 3 shakes/bars/soups a day, 200g of vegies and a piece of fruit... I'm actually feeling better than before I went on the diet... So something must be working for me...
