Is it cheating??

Postby shelbel » Thu Aug 09, 2007 7:44 pm

Hi just after general opinion, i started my current weightloss journey at 87kgs but joined this forum at 84kgs, so thats what my ticker says, but do you think its cheating if i put it up to 87kg?? My logic is it makes it easier to track my weight loss in total, but i kinda feel like it is cheating!!!

I know, the trivial worries of a dieter!! :D
Highest Weight - 93kgs
Current Weight - 68.3kgs
Goal Weight - 65kgs

Of course it's not cheating! Put your ticker up to your starting weight. It will make you feel better about your overall progress if you can see just how far you've come, not just how far you've come laterly :D
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

yep, totally, it reflects your real loss that way
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
