I had diced lamb on a salad of baby rocket, silverbeet, parsley and snow peas fresh from my garden. Yummy!

Ally - Quark is a very smooth, creamy cottage cheese, it's made solely of milk or skim milk and has live cultures and stuff in it. I started having it while I was on that candida diet because I wasn't allowed to have the additive Citric Acid (330) and that is in all the other cottage cheeses. Then I just kept getting it cos it's soo nice and works so well in different things (on toast, on top of pasta bakes, in pancakes etc etc).
You can only get it from health food stores and Foodland's (an SA owned supermarket chain) in SA.. not sure where you'd get it from in QLD, I know it's available though!
