I havent been going too well......

I keep making up excuses and it sucks i DONT want to be overweight any more so why do i keep slipping back? :(

Been there, and hope that this time I don't do it again.

I make excuses about everything! Sometimes I reckon I suffer from some kind of motivation deficiency ha ha ha.

You'll get there. I know you can do it :)

Take it 1 day at a time.

You have a lot of supportive and encouraging people here :)

You will definitely make it. I know you will.

it is really hard weightloss - if it were an easy thing to do there wouldnt be so many overweight people in this world. you just need to take one day at a time, one minute at a time and one hour at a time. dont get your goals too high. make a list of things 'to do' each week and put it on the fridge.

e.g.

Monday: 1 hour walk with bubs in the pram
Wednesday: 1 hour walk with bubs and 50 sit ups
Saturday: 45 mins walk with bubs and 15 mins aerobics

it doesnt seem like a lot at first but if you have a timetable and BUILD UP SLOWLY it will make it easier to stick to in the long run.
