Lemon Detox Diet

Postby SvGirl » Thu Aug 23, 2007 8:43 pm

 Hey Guys! Thanks for the quick reply, Sounds really hard, i have a physical job so don't know how i'd go with no energy. A friend of mine thinks all you'd loose is water then after the 7 to 10 days you would put the weight on again? Makes sense, But atleast you'd be Detoxed and maybe i could give up these nasty cigarttes Don't know how i would go without Chocolate though!!
I'll Let you guys know how i go!

Pritkin diet

Postby esoteric » Tue Aug 28, 2007 8:53 pm

Hi Playboy bunny,

Pritkin is an all natural diet, in an all you can eat style, low in fats, cholesterol, protein and highly refined sugars. It is high in starches, mostly unrefined carbohydrates and is basically "food as grown" eaten raw or cooked.

With Emphasis placed on regular walking.

I lost around 15 kilos before when following it, but the stress with work and overworking got me stuffing my face with whatever is at the canteen, and none of it was healthy. So here I am back at square one and with out a job, at this moment anyway.

Hi Esoteric, the diet you are following sounds very similar to the Great Aussie Diet that I am following, which prescribes that you eat as much of your daily food that is low of HI (human interference), allowing for starchy carb foods too.

Wow that is great, I am happy to hear others are doing the same thing, I didn't want to get into that Atkins, it's very toxic for the blood and most people lose like 15 kilos and then it stops.

I hope to be able to make a lifestyle change so I can bask in the sun without feeling ashamed.

Weight Loss Program

Postby losinbig » Wed Oct 10, 2007 5:51 pm

I have been using a program just being introduced. I started at 181kgs March 10th 07 and I'm now, Oct 9th 07,114kgs. Isagenix is a Cleanse and Fat Burning Program. I'm so fortunate that it came into my life. One or two day cleanse and a fat burning system for 5 or 6 days and repeat. It's awesome, I feel great and no loose skin
